Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, unless otherwise specified during special promotions or peak seasons.

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Domestic and International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping within the United States for now, we are hoping to cater to the needs of our international customers soon.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

 Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, please note that occasional shipping delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Shipping Costs:

We currently offer free shipping on orders above $75 and a flat shipping rate of $7 on all orders below $75.

 

Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, we do not accept return of purchased items. In a situation whereby you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that we can determine how to best to handle the situation.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Please contact us for return instructions before sending any items back.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
